Hi, I’m a 19 year-old Australian who lives on the coast and sees first hand the effect of climate change has on our Great Barrier Reef. From 1995 to present day the reef has shrunk to 50% of it’s original size due to the phenomena, ocean acidification. Every year lack of action on climate change is pushing our reef to the tipping point where there is no return and we will see more and more rapid extinction events in our oceans. I am the SPO of Coral Pool [CORAL] which donates the 1% margin fee to charities helping protect and restore the Great Barrier Reef. Coral Pool does NOT use virtual cloud servers and is built at my home, thus supporting furthur decentralisation of the Cardano network.
