Reports from the recent Constitutional Convention seem to indicate that the Intersect draft was accepted almost unilaterally. How & when were the above points of disagreement resolved?

@Nicolas and/or others that were present: How were these differences of opinion & language resolved at the Convention? Or did the presented constitution draft achieve a nearly unilateral endorsement because these differences were resolved before the Convention? If that’s what happened I expect that would make an interesting story as well.
