On September 16th I transferred my cardano from kraken to my kucoin account. On the usual address registered in favorites, however I did not receive anything and when I make deposit on kucon in cardano it indicates: Network cardano unavailable.
It’s been 3 days and I don’t know how to get my cardano back… Does anyone know how to do this? Thanks in advance !
It could be the case that either Kraken or Kucoin is on maintanance mode because of the coming hard fork event.
If you find a txid on Kraken, the transcation went out and Kucoin is probably not read with their wallets. It will be probably fixed in a few days.
Otherwise you should reach out to the support from Kucoin.
According to their website it’s temporary due to the hard fork:
That would mean, it should start working again some time after 22nd of September.
I would hope that they also process all transactions received in the meantime.
But you’d have to check with their support. It’s nothing the wider Cardano community can do anything about.
