Yes, presently, we own the keys but in a near future this will be decentralized from us, with augmentation minted via Smart Contracts. The cost to augment a Handle will therefore be the transaction cost and perhaps a royalty fee to keep ADA Handle operational.
Furthermore, we are going to have a DAO that will manage all things related to ADA Handle so if the DAO votes that the augmentation costs should be higher or lower, that’s what ADA Handle will implement.
