Is there any way we ca see smart contract source code on cardano blockchain explorer? For ethereum I can see it e.g OpenSea | 0x7be8076f4ea4a4ad08075c2508e481d6c946d12b.

The on-chain representation is CBOR encoded. Assuming you know the transaction or smart contract you are looking for then you could attempt to decode it. I am not aware of any explorers that currently do this for you however maybe somebody else knows of a tool for this?
