It was an exciting moment to share the same space with the community virtually to share once more the DRep knowledge. Participants had the chance to learn about the three suggested reward schemes for DReps through this webinar, which dRep Chain hosted.
Despite the proposed schemes, a relevant question remains open to discussion. The majority of the participants felt that scheme 3, which is “Proportional rewards for DReps by stake, with a bonus to be shared equally amongst top DReps” was the right answer to the question.
I will like to know what your thoughts are: How can DReps incentives be sufficient to promote expertise and diversity?
