perhaps given the privacy and security concerns with zoom, might i suggest options like youtube/periscope(for relaying the stream) and slido for questions both without the aforementioned concerns and no need to create an account.
given that reach and engagement is what we’re optimising for, preferably without coercing community to an option that goes counter to our values of privacy and security… supply chain is quite a rich and an important area, especially given the current climate, reaching more eyes, ears and voices would be optimal. as you’ve stated it’s for all levels, so basically from the farmer to the diner, and everyone and thing in-between.
