A) Can anyone provide guidance regarding the level of effort it would take to adapt an open-source Etherum based project on Cardano once Gougen (Smart Contracts) launches?
B) For example, how hard would it be for the FOAM project, which is an Ethereum based project, to move to Cardano?
Would they have to start from scratch?
