Interesting idea. We need more RWA use cases on Cardano for sure.
I think the biggest barrier (besides regulatory clarity) in this case would definitely be limited control. I think the majority of classic car enthusiasts own these type of cars for personal enjoyment, appreciation, and emotional connection. Not having a say or being able to occasionally drive the car or use it on car shows and events would probably kill the sense of joy and fulfillment for their owners.
As an investment strategy, it can be an interesting method of storing value, but it’d kill the sought-after possession for car enthusiasts, which are the ones who value the most this market.
