Governance Action Review – Cardano Blockchain Ecosystem Budget: ₳275M Administered by Intersect

Hello Cardano community :waving_hand:

As part of my role as a registered Voltaire dRep, I published a critical review of the following Governance Action:

:pushpin: Cardano Blockchain Ecosystem Budget – ₳275 million administered by Intersect

Why did we vote :cross_mark: NO?

Despite the intention to fund valuable ecosystem efforts, we identified serious structural and procedural issues in the process:

  1. The omnibus bundle design created overwhelming review complexity.
  2. The off-chain vote proceeded while the NCL threshold was still being debated.
  3. Many dReps, under pressure, resorted to shortcuts over accountability.
  4. No coordinated review process was established to manage the scale.
