If you correctly register a stake pool on-chain it will appear in the pool search of Eternl and other wallet apps automatically.
Or do you mean a functionality to stake native tokens themselves?
That is something totally different, not a core functionality of Cardano, but some dApp/contract that you will have to develop and make accessible on an extra website. Those have nothing to do with the stake pools of Cardano proper and will not appear in the stake pool search of Eternl or other wallet apps.
