Hi,
when I run:
tar -xf cabal-install-3.2.0.0-x86_64-unknown-linux.tar.xz
I get an error :
tar : This does not fook like a tar archive
xz : (stdin) : file format not recognized
tar : Child returned status 1
Since I’m rather new to this I’m not sure where the problem is. It looks like a minor compression format issue. Does anyone have any clues on how to fix it?
What does the command file cabal-install-3.2.0.0-x86_64-unknown-linux.tar.xz tell you?
I suspect that it may be a HTML error page or similar.
