Hi everyone
We are Natalie and Jashar from So So Scaled!, a Berlin-based GTM Agency. We work with Web3 teams and ecosystems on go-to-market, marketing & sales enablement, and business development, with a strong focus on enterprise adoption.
A bit about us: Natalie has a PhD in Computational Physics and spent four years leading product marketing for Polkadot, launching complex protocol-level products to different audiences. Jashar was Managing Director at Lime (the largest micromobility company worldwide), and has led the company from putting the first scooter on the ground in Germany to 80k vehicles in operations and $100m in annual revenue. He has deep experience in venture building, enterprise sales, and scaling startups. Together, we bring both technical depth and commercial execution, which is exactly what enterprise GTM requires.
We believe this will also be a key driver of Cardano’s next growth phase. While the technology is strong, enterprises often need clearer entry points, more focused narratives, and practical tooling to engage effectively. One thing we’ve learned: marketing and BD teams are often strong, but they struggle to translate technical depth into enterprise value. That’s our focus: we understand both the tech and the audience, so we can build enablement that actually lands.
With Fund 15, we submitted two enterprise-focused proposals, both designed to reduce friction for enterprises engaging with Cardano.
Our Fund 15 Proposals
1. #CardanoForBusiness: A Coordinated Enterprise Campaign
This proposal delivers Cardano’s first coordinated, ecosystem-wide enterprise campaign. We create a unified enterprise narrative, value propositions, and GTM templates, and activate them through a highly visible “Enterprise Week” on X and LinkedIn. Ecosystem teams will be spotlighted and all assets are open, reusable, and designed to help ecosystem teams, founders, and BD contributors speak to enterprise decision-makers with one clear, credible voice.
2. Unlocking Germany: Cardano’s Next Commercial Growth Market
This proposal is a focused regional BD pilot to unlock enterprise, startup, and academic adoption in Germany - the world’s 3rd largest economy and one of Europe’s biggest Web3 talent hubs. The pilot itself delivers real value already: systematic market mapping, targeted 1:1 outreach, a curated closed-door business roundtable in Berlin, and initial academic engagement. The result is concrete dealflow, partnerships, and a first step toward a professional Cardano presence in Germany. Plus, this pilot will deliver a repeatable regional GTM model that can later be applied to other markets.
Together, these proposals address both sides of enterprise adoption: building a coherent, professional enterprise-facing narrative for Cardano, and activating real-world commercial and institutional opportunities on the ground.
Intro Video
We also recorded a short promo video introducing ourselves and briefly explaining our motivation and the thinking behind both proposals.
These proposals are our first professional step into the Cardano ecosystem, but we’re not here for one-off projects. We want to build long-term and contribute to Cardano’s enterprise growth over the coming years. If that resonates, we’d really appreciate your support and votes in Fund 15, voting is during January 13th-27th. And if you’re working on enterprise adoption, sales, marketing, or BD, we’d love to connect and hear your feedback.
Thanks a lot for the support, and we are looking forward to building together.
Best, Natalie & Jashar
