Fundamentals

Looking for recommended resources to learn the fundamentals of computer science and programming. I am currently working my way through the stake pool course. The course is well laid out and I can follow a recipe but I see there is a lot of assumed knowledge that I do not have. I have been inspired by this mission and community and am looking forward to going deeper. Any help will be greatly appreciated.
