What are your thoughts about this article? Do you think Cardano will be able to achieve a significant network effect to compete with Microsoft and other tech giants on digital Identity platforms?
I do think so.
It will all come down to the community approach; as someone stated it already happens with ios/android, microsoft/ubuntu, and so on.
The only advantage I see microsoft having is it’s solid background and institutional backup. Nevertheless we will get there!
As food for thought, I advise everyone interested in wanting to know what microsoft is getting ready for to check the patent WO 060606 at WIPO.

As a personal opinion, it has high contrast to the public opinion, recently forwarded in the media, of the former CEO of the said company!
