Minimum Pool Fees (with a brief mention of K changes)

I am not sure, and without long long explanation I would just paste a graf of the CIP23’s “solution”.
Who with familiar with math and graphs would understand what does it mean.
Check the local minimum of the blue line (op rewards) and the below purple (member rewards)

In simple words, there is an economic incentives to create pools with pledge left to the local minimum than do full pledge. Meaning economic incentives to split pledge and create smaller pools, that leads to non-single-pool operators (whales are different, they need to have multiple pools when their pledge > than ~68m atm). This applies to the original reward function, I just modified it to the Tobias’ Fair Min Fee . And it does not matter how anybody adjust the a, k, as the problem is with the reward distribution/split function and not in the reward function.
