PCP 003

The committee postponed deliberation on PCP003 until after the hard fork, while the PC is instructing and overseeing new benchmarking efforts with the Benchmarking Team at IO.

Guardrail versioning

Updates on Constitution guardrails included a new system for numbering changes. It will be suggested as addition into the Constitution.

Plutus Cost Model GA

Governance actions related to Plutus cost models were reviewed, revealing a low participation rate. The group discussed extending the governance action voting period, and agreed that waiting until it is over for gathering onchain information for deeper analysis.
