For investments intended to scale global adoption, which user-level metrics will the Orion Fund prioritize beyond capital deployed—for example, monthly active users, retention, transaction activity, stablecoin usage, or regional onboarding?

It would be useful to understand how the fund plans to distinguish short-term activity generated by incentives from sustained adoption after those incentives end.
