Great report! Thanks for sharing! It’s always nice to see projects publishing their own retrospectives - it adds to the transparency and accountability, and helps establish trust with their stakeholders. I wish more projects would do the same.

In 2025, Andamio built the foundation of an infrastructure that did not exist before. In architecture, of course, a strong foundation is necessary but not sufficient to build a finished product. Strong “scaffolding” is required to build the rest, and that’s exactly what “andamio” means.
Thank you to everyone who tested with us, gave feedback, and navigated this new system. Thank you to our first 176 network members, to everyone who contributed to a project, wrote a lesson, or simply learned something new.
Now that we’ve navigated the early stages of product development, we’re excited to share Andamio with the world in 2026. We’ll be running global cohorts of Andamio Pioneers, building alongside FC Barcelona and Syngenta, and introducing Cardano to deeply engaged groups of people who are committed to solving real problems.
