I believe many Cardano holders are eager to participate in voting; however, they might be missing out on updates about new projects for voting
Some holders may not have access to their computers at all times, but if we develop an app that highlights new projects for voting, it could be extremely helpful for everyone.
It would make it easy to stay informed and get involved. Sending notifications about new updates directly through the app ensures that every holder stays in the loop.
What do you all think of this idea?
Hey @final6j
It is really an interesting idea and a genuine concern you have raised, except that you may be missing out on the existence and functionality of the Catalyst Voting App, which has been and continues to be the number 1 solution to the concern raised in your post.
The Catalyst Voting App can be downloaded on the Google PlayStore and Apple AppStore, linked with your ADA wallet like Yoroi, Eternl, etc., and facilitate vote participation. You can also enable app notifications to receive regular updates about projects.
However, if you are referring to Cardano Governance, then yeah, we are yet to experience a mobile App that facilitates a solution to the concern you have raised, and I will be glad to learn about such developments by the developers in the ecosystem. For now, we just have to rely on websites like gov.tools, adastat.net, 1694.io, etc. to remain inclusive in the process.
Regardless, thanks for sharing your thoughts with the community, and I am sure some brains are already racking to come up with a solution. If you are by yourself or with your team working on a solution too, kindly share updates and good luck with it.
Just x-linking the release post.
