What happens if the change address is not set in transaction when UTXO is bigger than the amount?

Hey folks,
I am trying to understand from the docs the following case:
TXIN(15ADA)
TXOUT(10ADA, address1)

Will Cardano accept such a transaction?
If yes, what will happen with the 5ADA that I don’t explicitly set it to go back to the payer?

You will get an error saying Value Not Conserved.
