can we change the coin to another reward in the ecosystem like nft or another token, like add another reward option besides ada ?
Staking on Cardano itself is only about ADA. The ecosystem as a whole provides the permissionless technology to create tokens, but otherwise has no business in deciding if they are legitimate, have any value at all, or how they should be distributed.
Some stake pools have collaborations, though, where you additionally get other tokens (often through DripDropz or TosiDrop). These additional tokens are usually more like a small perk than a huge additional source of income.
Also, there were/are “ISPOs” where new projects set up stake pools that are configured so that (almost) all rewards are used to finance that project and you get tokens of the project instead. Doesn’t seem to be such a big thing as it was a few years ago.
Finally, the individual projects might implement their own staking mechanisms, but those are then completely distinct from the staking to stake pools of Cardano itself.
