You are right, I assumed everyone would stake. Some people are saying probably less than 40% will stake. That changes things a lot.
Maybe initially only 38% stake, but after the first 6 months, I would think 80%+ stake.
Yes, it could be so. ARK which is dPOS and almost a year old, has 83.43% coins staking ( when you don’t include foundation and exchange wallets).
