Courage Abobolaispool! African French speaking countries need that.
Thank you. Educating people takes time and lots of effort.
Today I had yet another speech and presentation of the Cardano blockchain to students. with the help of some pool, POA, Afrik pool, the WADA, I was able to send a few ADA to more than one hundred news wallet addresses in CĂŽte dâIvoire. But most students donât get what they can do with it, even so they are students in computer science. Maybe Iâll reach out to student in economics.
Also since Iâve started this thread, I got a deeper understanding of how our government worked.
From the government perspective, The need straight forward solutions!
For the time been, those are provided by foreign firms (and my aim it to build local know how).
Here some example of project that interest our governement:
I heard of proposal in the land title management at the ministry of urbanisation.
I know of a proposal for educational ID and storage of diplomas in our most prestigious university.
I know that some government officials would like more traceability and accountability of the different ministries. There for they look for a way to implement and have the ministries adopts and accept a solutions based on blockchain to fight internal corruption.
It is still a great deal, you know well, working with the government takes time.
Atala PRISM would be a better solution for that. You can read more on that
In the incoming week i will be doing YouTube Videos in French to show the usage of cardano ,and how to also delegate your ADA to a pool.
Sure, Iâve known about them for a long time
I just submitted a proposal about Cardano Grants Management System in the PRISM/Atala Challenge. Most of grants are coming from Federal, State and Local governments here in USA. I will see if I can find Cardano Community members who are interested, so that we start generating some ideas how to to approach it. Any ideas?
Good news Nigeria, Ghana and more countries in Africa are changing their view on blockchain technologies

The main thing that throttled the adoption of blockchain by governments is the fear of loosing control of the taxes subsidies.
At the same time the best argument seems that blockchain will on the contrary enable more taxes collection by an boosting trades without loosing control.
I understand that what they talk about here are private blockchains which in my sens are very different in spirit from Cardano or bitcoin permission-less blockchains.
@valensny
Sorry Iâm not sure I understand your last post. Could you elaborate ?
Thank you.
Do you have links ? I made this one. I know the sound is rubbish (sorry about it) but the aim was to interact with students about Cardano and only secondarily to make the video.
I really love your video, It was full of instructive information. Your students were more engaged.
