Cardano-cli: Network.Socket.connect: <socket: 11> on mainnet

save and try to run again the script

image

hmm nano startBlockProducingNode.sh and go to the right and check the last line… for the – host address… did u also added \ ?

like

/usr/local/bin/cardano-node run --topology \${TOPOLOGY} --database-path \${DB_PATH} --socket-path \${SOCKET_PATH} --host-addr \${HOSTADDR} --port \${PORT} --config \${CONFIG}

image
yeah it’s all there

but you have the files inside cardano-my-node folder right?

then I think you should delete $(NODE_CONFIG) from topology path , config, should be like it was from original…

image

image
isn’t this the original?

So just delete ${NODE_CONFIG] out and type mainnet instead?

on topology and config path?

do you have teams?

yes I think I do

wait one moment

please type cd $NODE_HOME
and ls -l

image

did u typed cd $NODE_HOME ?

yes thats where I always get when typing cd $NODE_HOME

ok, join here

Good morning Alex. I have just seen I forgot to change the ‘ticker’ for my stake pool. Do I use coincashews guide, step 18.4 and just change the poolMetaData.json with the new ticker?

hi,

exactly, step 18.4… the ticker, pool name, pool description are all located inside the metadata file; modify and submit a new certificate
