Does the Docker Hub have an official image of a Cardano Node Stake Pool and production ??

Yes, it does. There is however a lot of stuff you’d still have to do with the IOHK image. Have a look at #2360 for the scope of possible/desired improvements. If you want to run on arm64 (i.e. RaspberryPi4) the IOHK image is no good.

Instead, you could have a look at this - it is the incubator space for Cardano on Docker. There you find multiarch images that also address the the majority of issues mentioned above. Topology updater and gLiveView is baked in.
