Proposal pada Project Catalyst F14 ini bertujuan untuk mengedukasi komunitas Cardano di Indonesia mengenai tata kelola (governance) di jaringan Cardano, khususnya menjelang era Voltaire. Edukasi dilakukan agar komunitas lokal lebih siap berpartisipasi dalam pengambilan keputusan on-chain serta memahami mekanisme Project Catalyst.

Entitas Indonesia yang menjadi target proposal ini antara lain:

  • Komunitas Cardano Indonesia (developer, stake pool operator, investor, dan pengguna umum).
  • Masyarakat awam yang tertarik dengan blockchain governance.
  • Ekosistem Web3 dan komunitas kripto lokal yang ingin mengetahui tentang Cardano Governance.

Beberapa aktivitas utama yang akan dijalankan oleh project ini antara lain:

  • Menyelenggarakan workshop, seminar, dan sesi edukasi online tentang governance Cardano.
  • Membuat konten edukasi (artikel, video, infografis) dalam bahasa Indonesia.
  • Membangun forum diskusi dan dokumentasi agar komunitas bisa terus belajar.
  • Melakukan sosialisasi hasil voting dan governance kepada komunitas Indonesia.

Metrik Keberhasilan (Key Metrics) yang digunakan untuk mengukur keberhasilan project ini antara lain:

  • Jumlah partisipan workshop/seminar.
  • Jumlah konten edukasi yang diproduksi dan tingkat engagement (views, shares, feedback).
  • Tingkat partisipasi komunitas Indonesia dalam voting Catalyst atau governance Cardano.
  • Adanya dokumentasi publik dan transparansi progres kegiatan.

Tim proposal terdiri dari aktivis komunitas Cardano di Indonesia yang sudah berpengalaman dalam edukasi blockchain. Mereka menekankan transparansi laporan keuangan dan aktivitas melalui publikasi rutin (misalnya laporan mingguan atau bulanan). Rekam jejak tim menunjukkan mereka aktif membangun ekosistem Cardano di Indonesia sebelumnya.

Dana yang diajukan akan dialokasikan untuk:

  • Biaya produksi konten edukasi.
  • Operasional event (workshop, seminar).
  • Honor narasumber dan fasilitator.
  • Infrastruktur teknis (platform online, dokumentasi, website, dll).

Yang bertujuan untuk mempersiapkan komunitas Indonesia untuk aktif dalam tata kelola Cardano, lewat edukasi berkelanjutan, transparansi, dan kegiatan berbasis komunitas.

The Indonesian entities targeted by this proposal include:

  • The Indonesian Cardano Community (developers, stake pool operators, investors, and general users).
  • The general public that is interested in blockchain governance.
  • Web3 ecosystem and local crypto communities who want to know about Cardano Governance.

Some of the main activities that will be carried out by this project include:

  • Hosting workshops, seminars, and online educational sessions on Cardano governance.
  • Create educational content (articles, videos, infographics) in Indonesian.
  • Building discussion forums and documentation so the community can continue learning.
  • Disseminating voting and governance results to the Indonesian community.

The Key Metrics used to measure the success of this project include:

  • Number of workshop/seminar participants.
  • The amount of educational content produced and the level of engagement (views, shares, feedback).
  • The level of participation of the Indonesian community in Catalyst voting or Cardano governance.
  • There is public documentation and transparency of activity progress.

The proposal team consists of Cardano community activists in Indonesia with experience in blockchain education. They emphasize transparency in financial and activity reporting through regular publications (e.g., weekly or monthly reports). The team’s track record demonstrates their active involvement in building the Cardano ecosystem in Indonesia.

The proposed funds will be allocated to:

  • Cost of producing educational content.
  • Event operations (workshops, seminars).
  • Honorarium for resource persons and facilitators.
  • Technical infrastructure (online platforms, documentation, websites, etc.).

It aims to prepare the Indonesian community to be active in Cardano governance, through ongoing education, transparency, and community-based activities.
