On the afternoon of November 22, 2025, the event “Career Opportunities in the Blockchain Industry – Cardano” took place at Bella Riva Coffee & Bistro, organized by Bamboo Team (BBO Team) with the collaboration of Cardano Vietnam.
Running from 17:00 to 19:00, the event gathered more than 40 participants including students, freelancers, aspiring builders, and young people exploring career opportunities in blockchain technology.
The program aimed to provide attendees with a realistic and practical overview of career pathways in blockchain—particularly within the Cardano ecosystem—while introducing on-chain opportunities available to beginners.

1. Opening
The event opened with warm and energetic hosting by two MCs from Bamboo Team.
A representative of BBO Team welcomed all participants and highlighted the importance of connecting young people during a time when blockchain adoption is rapidly increasing in Vietnam.
In the opening introduction, the organizers briefly outlined the purpose of the event:
- Creating a learning and sharing space for students, freelancers, and blockchain enthusiasts
- Helping newcomers better understand real career prospects
- Encouraging young people to explore decentralized work opportunities

As an event partner, Cardano Vietnam was introduced as a community-driven initiative focused on education, decentralization, and technology adoption.
The collaboration between BBO Team and Cardano Vietnam reflects a shared effort to help young people gain blockchain knowledge, engage in on-chain activities, and contribute sustainably to the Cardano ecosystem.
2. Main Session – “Career & Blockchain”
Speaker: Đỗ Đức Châu – Founder of BBO Team
The first session offered a comprehensive view of the labor market in the context of rapidly evolving technology. The talk focused on emerging opportunities brought by blockchain and Cardano.
1. Labor Market Reality & Youth Employment Challenges
The speaker highlighted several factors:
- Rising unemployment among young graduates
- Saturation in many traditional industries
- Growing demand for decentralized technology roles
2. New Blockchain Career Opportunities
Blockchain opens up cross-functional career paths, not only for developers but also for:
- Operations
- Content and communication
- Product design
- Community management
- Governance and treasury participation
3. Decentralized Treasuries & Project Catalyst
The speaker introduced decentralized treasury models, emphasizing:
- Transparent and community-driven resource allocation
- Cardano Treasury and Project Catalyst as leading examples
- Funding pathways that allow young builders to launch real projects
He stressed:

Following the presentations, the event moved into Tea Break & Networking.
The atmosphere quickly became lively as attendees formed small groups to discuss:

Other activities included:

4. Case Study Session – Cardano & Youth Career Pathways
Speaker: Minh Bùi – Active contributor in the Cardano ecosystem
The second sharing session was led by Minh Bùi, a young and active member of the Cardano ecosystem. Drawing from real on-chain experience, he offered practical guidance for youth entering blockchain careers.
Cardano as a Multi-Path Career Ecosystem
The speaker introduced Cardano not only as a blockchain platform but as a vibrant ecosystem offering diverse opportunities:
- Community operations
- Network governance
- Participation in funded projects
- Content creation and education
- Technical and non-technical roles

Reviews Catalyst proposals, ensuring quality and transparency. -
DRep – Delegate Representative
Represents the community in governance voting and decision-making. -
MR – Milestone Reviewer
Verifies project milestones and validates evidence before funds are released.
Through personal examples, the speaker emphasized:
On-chain careers in Cardano are entirely accessible for young Vietnamese, even without a technical background.
Initiative and willingness to learn are the keys.
5. Community Reflections
The event received overwhelmingly positive feedback:
