Checking who send funds

Hi guys,

wanted to ask if there is a way to check using cardano-cli who send funds to a given account.
I’m able to check:
cardano-cli query utxo --address addr_test1vpzdu4lkzdc524dn26f0n2788tjac89pzn58mmqnncw00qqf0w70w --testnet-magic 1097911063

what is address current utxos.
However, I’m not sure if it is possible using cardano-cli to take txhash and figure out who sent the funds.

just went through on the available query options and it seems for me that there is no such option…
what about cardano-db-sync tool?
