Interesting article. Basically China is trying to pressure miners to move on as they feel they are taking advantage of inefficiencies in the electrical grid and wasting too much power. I think this will have one effect of making Proof of Stake currencies…like Ada, more valuable as they eliminate the waste of proof of work esp given that China has 2/3 of the BTC mining power.
