There is a significant amount of help already offered in this thread, on this forum, and other resources readily available. If you have a specific question that exhibits the effort of what you have tried and need additional help with that is one thing.
However repeatedly asking for generic help with the vague concept of an ICO goal is not likely to get much positive attention. If what you really want is someone else to do all the work necessary to implement your idea then I suggest posting a job opportunity and offering to pay for that kind of help on a more appropriate platform elsewhere.
