Hi everyone,
The 11th anniversary of the end of the Great Recession fast approaches. Inflation, inflation, inflation and more inflation. The pervasive thoughts of perceived monetary policies remains a consistent narrative in crypto. I’m beginning to understand the differences between markets affected by inflation vs. deflation. I argue that we are in a deflationary spiral. Stagnant wages coupled with nominal increases in staple foods/basic consumer items creates an illusion of inflation. In reality, the printer hasn’t been turned on. Money is trapped in silos, and we’re living in a world abundance with fewer and fewer USD availability. Crypto, commodities, equities are NOT safe in this paradigm shift.
