Catalyst Fund 13 Results & Community Feedback
The results of the Catalyst Fund 13 were officially announced on the 17th. Over 7,000 unique wallets cast nearly 311,000 individual votes, using a total of 2.5 billion ADA in voting power. A total of 199 projects were selected for funding, continuing the expansion of Cardano’s ecosystem.
This round has sparked important discussions, especially around the involvement of the Cardano Foundation. The Foundation used 180 million ADA to vote, raising discussions about decentralization and the balance of power in governance.
A Roundtable Talk was held to address these concerns and the role of large stakeholders in Project Catalyst, with community members expressing their views on the importance of ensuring that the voice of the broader community remains central. The Catalyst team is already working on strategies to make future governance more community-driven and balanced.
