metric A - Legend: Offset: Node vs. Ref. {{alias}}
metric B - Legend: Est. error(s) {{alias}}
metrci C - Legend: Max. Error (s) {{alias}}
whats the C paraameter for metric browser?
Inside the ntp cacti, if u look to my first pic you will see that there are defined 3 metrics

Look at mines, I also have 15, perhaps u will need to choose another ntp server
Also yeah use prometheus (default)
