Grateful to Be Elected to the MCC and Open Source Committee

I am pleased to share that I have been elected among the Top 5 for both the Open Source Committee and the Membership & Community Committee in the Intersect Committee elections of April 2026.

This milestone reflects not only a personal achievement, but more importantly the trust and support of the community. I would like to sincerely thank everyone who took the time to engage, vote, and support my candidacies throughout this process.

I also extend my appreciation to Intersect for organizing a transparent and well-structured electoral process, as well as to the various initiatives and community spaces that enabled candidates to share their ideas and engage meaningfully with voters.

I warmly congratulate all fellow elected members across the different committees, and I look forward to working together in a spirit of collaboration and shared responsibility.May all candidates who were not selected in this round remain engaged and continue contributing, and prepare well for the next elections in April 2027. With this mandate comes a clear responsibility. Now, the real work begins.

  • I expressed my intention to serve within these committees, and now that this opportunity has been granted, it is time to turn that commitment into meaningful action.

  • I encourage everyone to continue supporting, sharing ideas, and contributing to the direction we can collectively take within the committees I have been elected to. Your input matters, and your voices remain essential in shaping impactful outcomes.

  • I remain committed to serving with integrity, accountability, and dedication, and to contributing meaningfully to the work of the committees and the broader Cardano community.

This is not an individual achievement, it is a shared victory, and I look forward to building together with all of you.

My pleasure

Congratulations on this well-deserved result.

Being entrusted by the community to serve across both the Open Source Committee and the Membership & Community Committee reflects confidence not only in your ideas, but in your ability to help shape Cardano’s next phase with responsibility and clarity.

Your emphasis that this is a shared victory is exactly the spirit governance should carry. Representation only matters when it translates into meaningful participation, accountability, and outcomes that strengthen the ecosystem for everyone.

Wishing you wisdom and impact as the real work begins. Cardano moves forward when committed builders step into service with integrity.

Looking forward to seeing what this term delivers for the wider community.

Thank you very much @Jeremy_Otieno coz without your support, I might not have had the merit of being elected to these committees.

I recognise that this is a great responsibility that the community has entrusted to me, and I will do my best to fulfill my missions and responsibilities, ensuring that the community can at least observe meaningful improvements in the functioning of Cardano governance.

Let’s see what the future holds.
