HashiFlo – Intelligent AI Liquidity for Japanese Agri-RWAs (Project Catalyst Fund 15 Proposal)

Hello Cardano community :waving_hand:
If you care about real-world adoption and verified issuer onboarding for Cardano RWAs, this one is for you. We’re Sapient, and we’re excited to share our Catalyst Fund 15 proposal:

HashiFlo – Intelligent AI Liquidity for Japanese Agri-RWAs

Japan produces some of the most trusted agricultural products in the world, but on-chain participation is still difficult for producers due to fragmented pricing, onboarding friction, and limited transparency. The result is that smaller producers and serious long-term participants are often left behind.

:bridge_at_night: Important distinction: Fund14 vs Fund15 (HashiRWA vs HashiFlo)

To avoid confusion, our work progresses in two clearly separated stages:

:white_check_mark: Fund14: HashiRWA (Foundation built)

HashiRWA is the producer onboarding and verification layer. In Fund14, we focused on building the practical base needed for Japanese producers to enter Web3, including:

  • Producer onboarding flow (bilingual support)
  • Admin review and approval process
  • Structured data intake and schemas
  • Token-ready metadata simulation (on-chain readiness)
  • Dashboards & demo flow proving Milestone scope

Fund14 HashiRWA progress – real producer onboarding evidence in Japan

:rocket: Fund15: HashiFlo (Activation + liquidity engine)
Fund15 expands this foundation into HashiFlo, the AI-driven liquidity activation layer.
HashiFlo focuses on:
• AI-assisted pricing references and valuation signals
• Liquidity/activity logic for RWAs
• Measurable on-chain execution (testnet)
• Investor-side intelligence (dashboards + signals)

In short:
HashiRWA = onboarding gateway
HashiFlo = intelligent liquidity / activity engine

:gear: How HashiFlo works (pipeline overview)
HashiFlo delivers a verification-driven pipeline that makes Agri-RWA onboarding measurable and scalable:
• Verified producer assets enter the pipeline (HashiRWA layer)
• Structured datasets feed the valuation + activity simulation engine
• AI fair-value estimation and liquidity signals
• Token-ready metadata builder
• Testnet simulations of RWA workflows (mint/burn previews, metadata publishing, valuation calls)

HashiFlo pipeline – from producer data to valuation signals and testnet simulation

:ballot_box_with_ballot: Why vote for HashiFlo?

Fund 15 is designed to deliver the core pipeline and proof needed to move Agri-RWAs toward mainnet. The fastest way to reach real adoption is not hype, but verifiable execution: real issuer onboarding, real datasets, and measurable on-chain activity.

HashiFlo produces open infrastructure and datasets that can support serious integrations and long-term liquidity growth on Cardano, especially for Japan-focused Agri-RWAs.

:pushpin: Fund 15 close-out: measurable outputs

By Fund 15 close-out, we will deliver:

  • 500–1,000 Cardano testnet transactions across core RWA workflows
  • 20–30 Japanese agricultural assets processed through the onboarding prototype
  • Targeting 100+ beta participants (producers + technical testers)
  • 3+ open-source components released (schema, valuation logic, tokenization simulator)
  • AI liquidity engine v2 released

These outputs provide the foundation and momentum for the next step toward mainnet integration.
