How to calculate lifetime and last month roa base on pool's history?

Hello there, I’m new to cardano and have a question: how to calculate a pool’s roa (lifetime and based on last month performance) ?

I get pool’s history from blockfrost api but couldn’t figure out how to put those numbers together
