I minted an NFT using Babel but I have no idea how to make it available for sale. Do I have to wait for smart contracts?

Wasn’t sure if NFTs minted on Cardano could be sold yet. Kind of new to it all. Is there a platform in particular you could share? Is OpenSea one of them?

Not yet, but soon will be available on cardano (or at least I don’t know one available yet)
