How to send the copy of the Pubkey from one address to another address in a contract written in the Plutus

Hello, anyone knows how to send, receive the copy of the Pubkey from one address to the other in the Plutus Contract, can help me!

I’m trying to send,get and verify the Pubkey from source to destination, but I think there’s no way to submitTxConstraints of this action.

So, if you know the way to fix that issue, you can help!
