Let’s extend this a thread with more SPO tools and scripts, as a general guideline for SPO Governance Actions.
Here are the rather simple steps for CNTools.
launch cntools.sh and navigate through the menu
Vote > Governance > Cast vote > [online/hybrid] > SPO > select pool and wallet
go to any explorer, select a currently active governance action you want to vote, and copy the Action ID
A governance action ID starts with gov_action1…..
If you selected the (recommended) hybrid mode, bring the prepared voting transaction to your air-gapped device, sign with your pool hot key, bring the TX back online and
Cast your vote

From the main menu, go to [5] Governance (Voting / Delegation) → [1] SPO Voting, then enter the governance action ID.
