Increase RAM for more outgoing peers. Y/N?

I have a lot of excess RAM doing nothing on my Virtualbox host. I am thinking I can put it to use if I increase the number of outgoing peers per topologyUpdater.sh on the local guest relays.

Cons? Would I be creating a bottleneck elsewhere? Approximately how much RAM is optimal per outgoing peer?

Feedback from anyone who has fiddled with doing this would be much appreciated! :slightly_smiling_face:

You should see only a small difference (check Bp vs Relay) but the recommendation is to keep OuT peers to ~20 PEERS
