How will the layers communicates between themselves ?
Could the computation layer (Control Layer) use the Settlement Layer ? Some dApps will need to send transactions, as do the smart-contracts in Ethereum (Classic).
I can’t see any docs explaining the CL except the virtual machine (IELE).

SL and CL can be seen a 2 blockchain, and ADA could be from SL to CL and back using sidechains.
I suggest reading these well made slides!
One thing to note is that they speak about some Proof of PoW, next work (slide 36) would be do design it for Proof of PoS so it can be used effectively in CL<->SL.
