I have several wallets on Metamask with a few that held more than $100 in ETH prior to the Midnight snapshot. Is there a reason why none of my wallets are considered eligible for the airdrop?

If
from https://www.midnight.gd/news/glacier-drop-wallets-and-address-type-compatibility does not explain the problem, then the official support which is only reachable through that chat is the only way to get an answer.
While community can help with some questions (although it shouldn’t have to), eligibility of addresses is really a question only the Midnight team can answer.
If the service quality of the Midnight support is not satisfactory that might factor into how to rate how promising that project is.
Which Chat are you referring to? I went to the Midnight forum and asked, with no response yet. And then also to their discord, which doesn’t have a support channel to ask questions, it simple refers you to the faq on the Midnight website, which doesn’t answer any questions at all.
