After registering your pool the file pool.cert is generated, I tried to read up on what this file does and what it is need for and found some answers but I still wonder if you need the file after the pool registration is complete? Do I have to use this file in the future for things like KES rotation, recovering a crashed pool or for making changes to the pool registration (i.e. change margin) or anything else at all?
you will need the file when you will want to retire the pool, but another one (manually) can be created… anyway if you have the possibility bkp the file with the rest (it will save you 10 minutes from life :)) )
