One out of my two relay doesn’t work now and I cannot find it in the topology updater in the link below.

I noticed my CPU run over 100%. I have restarted my node as well as restarting my O/S. Both not working and my relay is still in the same state.
Please advise how to troubleshoot and resolve it.

ls -l
CORRECTION: cd /usr/local/bin

ok, these are the old binari files (1.29.0)
delete them
cd …
rm -R bin
now restart the node and check glive (wait for the node to start)
