Has anyone had any experience running docker for a cardano node? Looks like IOHK has been maintaining the docker image . Just curious what folks opinions are on it and how stable is it?

I was also looking into running a relay node with docker, I’ve seen a few posts mentioning docker as a security risk because it runs with root privileges by default.
It would be nice if someone with experience could share some insights and perhaps share a cardano-relay-compose.yml file for spinning up a relay fast
