Are utxo different wallet addresses? Why doesn’t everyone just consolidate everything into one address? To avoid the higher fees.
The value of an address is the sum of the UTXO associated with it.
You can think of each UTXO as having an address field attached to it.
I said this ages ago in the telegram, if you want to minimise dust, just use “smallest-first”.
Over time, smallest first, gives you the minimum dust.
