Fair enough but also impossible to governor and I can see no legal issues in posting your own opinion on what is in a thread or are users not allowed to write what is on theyre own mind? Also in the case where all users in a forum thread wanted it to be public I am not sure what would constitute any good moral argument against posting such a thread. Oh well. It does not matter but I am not impressed with CF handling of all of this. (edit: I do not mean you Maki I mean in general like not disclosing CF account information that was scheduled for end of September as an example.)

More info on guardians websites as they now have released an open letter as well. I agree fully with the message and I hope people can help spread this into media so more people in the community can read and support this.

The open letter far exceeded my expectations. The arguments are solid. There is wisdom and truth in the words. I am deeply humbled by the dedication shown and I think myself i am going to dedicate also some of my time to make Cardano a success. In any case enough from me as this thread is more important than that

#4 The unpredictable conduct and lack of action by the board of the Foundation has been puzzling. For example, when IOHK went to Ethiopia to sign an MOU with the Ministry of Science and Technology, the Foundation originally agreed to attend and jointly sign. Unexpectedly, the Foundation decided to back out the week before and claimed in an email to IOHK’s communications director that it – without any basis or underlying agreement – was to be the single guardian of the Cardano brand and protocols.

#5 Lack of financial transparency. As of October, despite several requests the Foundation has still refused to publish the addresses holding its allocation of Ada. Neither has the Foundation published audited financial statements. And, the Foundation has not provided any information on remuneration of directors and officers.
… for IOHK, Cardano is more than a product. Cardano is a mission to deliver a financial operating system to the three billion people who need a new one.

- IOHK will start a research agenda to design a decentralized Foundation built as a DAO to be deployed on the Cardano computation layer. We will announce a dedicated research center at a later date.

Well I certainly didn’t predict this, thank you Guardians of Cardano and my apologies for doubting you!
Cardano Foundation - I would initially like to see the Charter or Constitution for the foundation, including nomination and election processes for positions on the Board, and all annual reports and financial audit reports, made publicly available.

I sincerely appreciate the genuine efforts of everyone connected to this project. I had my doubts, but everything stated makes reasonable sense. Sometimes it is hard to understand when the picture is unclear.
However, I will say (and feel good about) This is when you become a group - when you are tested and how you get through it together, United with a common goal. The confusion will pass.
