Standing for MCC, Civics & Intersect Steering Committee (ISC)
Hey everyone,
I’m standing in my third committee election, and this time for MCC, Civics, and ISC.
I’ve seen enough election cycles to know talk is cheap — work isn’t.
If you believe in meritocracy, then vote based on contribution, not connection.
Because I’m standing purely on my merit — on what I’ve actually done, not who I know.
My Track Record in Intersect
I’ve contributed across multiple working groups, committees, and initiatives — consistently, not just around elections.
Here’s my record:
- Marketing Working Group (2024) – Strategy, visibility, and aligning goals.
- Group Design (2024) – Improving structure and flow across WGs.
- Community Support (2024) – Helping members navigate and connect.
- CC Election WG (2025) – Ensuring smooth constitutional committee elections.
- Intersect Governance WG (2025) – Working on governance structure and improvements.
- Governance Health WG (2025) – Identifying health metrics to make Cardano Governance function better.
- Constitution Amendment WG (2025) – Involved in refining and reviewing the amendment processes.
- Enterprise and Governance Adoption WG (2025) – Bridging governance and enterprise interest and to grow.
- Bootstrap Committee Member – Growth & Marketing Committee (GMC) – Helping design growth direction early on.
That’s not just attending a few calls — that’s hours of contribution.
On average, I’ve put in 30–35 hours a month voluntarily.
Not for visibility, not for title — just because I care about making things work.
I’ve been one of the most active members of Intersect, but not the most recognized.
And that’s fine. Recognition isn’t the goal — improvement is.
My Broader Work
- Worked as Community Moderator (2022–2024) for projects with over 10,000 members.
- Created and published the Cardano Growth Compact Strategy Document, available on my X and Cardano Forum.
- Constantly contributed feedback, ideas, and coordination efforts across governance and community spaces.
I’ve stayed consistent through the bull and the bear market — not for hype, but because Cardano deserves people who stick around.
What I’ve Learned
I’ve worked across WGs, SIGs, and Committees — so I know the pain points, inefficiencies, and disconnects that exist.
I’ve seen what works and what doesn’t.
And honestly — the biggest problem is that Intersect doesn’t really listen to its members right now.
That’s where I want to start.
If elected, the first thing I’ll do is listen — properly.
Not with “surveys” that go nowhere, but through open feedback loops and real community touchpoints.
We need to reconnect committees with members, members with the board, and Intersect with the wider Cardano community.
Why Vote for Me?
Because I show up.
Not just when it’s time to get votes, but when things are quiet — when there’s actual work to do.
You can choose:
- Someone who logs 2 hours a month and only shows up during elections, or
- Someone who puts in 35 hours a month to actually move things forward.
Your vote decides what kind of leadership you want — connections or contribution.
I’m not here with slogans or vague “visions.”
I’m here because I’ve done the work, seen the gaps, and know where Intersect needs fixing.
If you want a committee that listens, acts, and delivers — vote for merit, not noise.
You’ve seen my work across multiple WGs and committees.
You’ve seen my consistency.
You’ve seen me show up when many didn’t.
Now it’s time to choose who you want to lead the committees —
someone who’s been in the trenches, not just in the meetings.
