Unable to connect to cardano wallet apis

I am trying to connect to cardano testnet wallet apis. But it is getting keep failed this is the error which i am getting how can i resolve this issue?

The command which i am using.

curl -k https://localhost:8090/swagger.json

And the error which i am getting is as follows.

curl: (35) OpenSSL SSL_connect: SSL_ERROR_SYSCALL in connection to localhost:8090

Does any one has any idea on this what is going on?

If i use http:// instead of https:// it will work.
